DEDHAM — The Planning Board approved the written decision for the 124 Quabish Road apartments. The vote was unanimous. Attorney Peter A. Zaka, for owner Joseph Federico, said the certificate commits up to $25,000 toward a possible Legacy Boulevard bus stop and $50,000 for Safe Routes to School work benefiting the Dedham Public School Department.
A decrease in two-bedroom units would count as a "substantial modification." The board also let the Planning Office issue the Boot Barn certificate of compliance if mall repairs are done by July 22, and continued the 335-359 Washington Street hearing to July 22. Economic Development Planner Tyson Morton reported 10 survey responses, about 25 percent, with peer review costs a common complaint.
