Planning Board Backs 12-Month Data Center Moratorium
Dedham Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend a 12-month data center moratorium to Fall Town Meeting. Board member James F. McGrail, Esq., successfully pushed to move the expiration date from December 31, 2027, to November 30, 2027, to avoid missing a Town Meeting cycle.
