DEDHAM — The Planning Board approved a 380-unit multifamily project at 124 Quabish Road. Applicant Group 1 Management Land Trust, LLC, represented by attorney Peter Zaka, showed how peer review reshaped the design, and the project provides 10 percent affordable units under the town's MBTA Communities zoning. Member James F. McGrail, Esq., made the motion, and the voice vote drew no opposition.
The Certificate of Action returns June 10. The board also continued the 355-359 Washington Street hearing to June 10, accepted the withdrawal of a six-station EV charging plan at 235 Elm Street, and heard a scoping session on revising two approved Bridge Street projects. Those revisions would raise one building from 49 to 63 units, and members said they wanted neighbor input before deciding review requirements.
